The “Well-Being” Trophy is thrown-in every year (kept after 3 consecutive winning years)

Individual pavilion
with the company’s name and logo,
where cocktail parties are possible. Limited number of pavilions.
• For module of 9m2: 1,000.00 euros (without tax), which is for
about 20 people.
• For module of 18m2 +24m² shared area: 1,500.00 euros (without tax), which is for
about 20 to 50 people.
• For 2 modules of 18m² + 24 m² private area: 3,000.00 euros or 4,000.00 euros (without
tax) it depends to direction.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
THE REGISTRATION FOR THE COMPANY CHALLENGE WILL BE OPEN ON THE 8TH OF MARCH 2010 AND WILL CLOSE ON THE 15TH OF JULY
Choose a team leader as the only mediator between the company and La Parisienne organizers in order to manage the organization from the upstream to on-site.
Fulfill the electronic application form with a login and password provided by the organization and send it back fully completed before July 31th, 2010, with all the payments and medical proofs attached.
Requirements to participate to the Challenge Company Art. 7 of the interior regulation:
At least 10 colleagues of the same company are required to make up a team. Are eligible to the challenge the employees of company under the participating conditions specific to the companies, and their rights.
Only the first 10 finishing companies will be ranked. It is required to fulfill the electronic collective form provided by the organization. The challenge will be rewarded by the Well-being Trophy thrown-in the following year and definitely acquired by the club or the company after 3 consecutive winning years.
The ranking will be computed by dividing the total sum of the first ten points by their cumulated ages. The smallest ratio will win the Well-being Trophy.
