Competitive spirit is not essential to La Parisienne. What sets the tone is more likely to be convivial and have fun. To foster these vibes, atypical classes, trophies and challenges design the originality of La Parisienne.
All the runners are timed and appear in the general ranking
The participants
can be registered in one of these two classes “Mommy” or “Grandma”.
“Mother-Daughter”:
Team made up of a mother and one or several of her daughters (registered
under their mother’s name). The ranking will be based on the
real time obtained by the first arrived daughter. You must fulfill
and check the Challenge “Mother-Daughter” checkbox on
each individual application form. The challenge will be rewarded
with the “Mother-Daughter” Trophy.
“Friends”: Team of at least 5 friends. The ranking will be based
on the first five finishers only. You must name your team and put it
on each individual application form where will be checked the Challenge “Friends” checkbox.
The challenge will be rewarded with the “Friends” Trophy.
Warning: avoid names such as “The Gazelles”!
“Company”: The team is made up of at least 10 colleagues of the same company. Are
allowed to participate to this challenge the employees of the company
under conditions specific to companies' participation, and
their rights.
The ranking is based on the first ten finishers only. You must fulfill
the electronic and collective application form provided by the organization.
The challenge will be rewarded with the Weleda “Well-being” Trophy,
which will be thrown-in the following year unless the company or the
club wins it for the 3rd consecutive year. The result is computed by
dividing the total points of the first ten finishers by their cumulated
age. The smallest ratio will receive the Weleda “Well-being”.
Colette Besson
In tribute to our friend and 1st godmother of La Parisienne,
the winner of La Parisienne will be rewarded with the Colette
Besson Trophy every year.
